Polymer clay is durable and lightweight, but it requires proper care to ensure longevity:
- Avoid bending or dropping delicate components.
- Keep items away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, oils, and prolonged moisture (remove before swimming or showering).
- Store pieces in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Orders, Shipping & Local Pickup
- Processing Times: Orders are handmade and packed with care. Please check our current turnaround times at checkout.
- Shipping: We ship via reliable postal carriers. Amber & Co. is not responsible for postal delays, customs fees, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Local Pickup: For local customers selecting studio pickup, you will receive a notification when your order is ready with pickup details.
Returns & Exchanges
Because of the delicate, sanitary, and handmade nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can make it right.
- Custom orders and commissioned pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
