Who we are

Our website address is: amberandcostudio.ca.

Information We Collect & How We Use It

Orders & Sculpter Rewards: When you shop with us, we collect details such as your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, total amount spent, number of pieces purchased, and newsletter status. We store this to process your orders and update your Sculpter Tier rewards.

Payment Processing: All online payments are handled securely through third-party processors. Amber & Co. does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Referral Program: If a friend refers you and provides your name, we record that referral solely to credit your Sculpter Tier standing.

Social Media Engagement: We monitor comments, likes, and shares across our social media platforms to analyze brand performance, calculate Sculpter Tiers, and select featured community members for Sculpter Spotlights.

Newsletter & Technical Data: If you subscribe to our newsletter, your IP address is processed via our newsletter platform, beehiiv. While this data is technically accessible to us, we do not store, export, or use it for marketing or operational purposes.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Transaction & Tax Records: Basic transaction history and order details are retained for up to 7 years to comply with Canadian business tax, legal, and accounting requirements.

Sculpter Rewards Data: Your rewards and engagement data remain active in our database for as long as you remain part of our Sculpter community or until you request removal.

Your Choice & Opt-Out Rights

Data collection for our Sculpter Tiers is completely optional. You can opt out at any time with no questions asked—simply contact us, and we will remove your rewards tracking data immediately (excluding required financial records maintained for tax compliance).
