How It Works

Review & Quote:
We will review your request and reach out via email within 24–48 hours with a price quote, design draft, and estimated timeline.
Approval & Payment:
Once you approve the quote, an invoice will be sent. Full payment is required before production begins.
Creation & Delivery:
Your piece will be hand-sculpted, baked, and finished with care before being shipped or prepared for studio pickup.

Custom Order Guidelines
Standard Lead Times: Custom creations typically require 1 to 2 weeks for hand-sculpting, baking, and assembly before shipping.
Holiday Rush Lead Times: During peak holiday seasons, production lead times extend up to 3 weeks. We recommend placing custom orders early to guarantee delivery in time for holidays and special events!
Pricing: Custom items start at base retail pricing plus a small custom design fee depending on complexity.
Policies: Because custom pieces are personalized and handcrafted specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable.
